Resch&Frisch, our partner company at the Salzburg Airport, is about to celebrate a very special event: its 100th anniversary. This coming weekend (September 21st and 22nd), all branches of the family-owned company will remain closed for the first time in its century-long history – this also applies to the location at Salzburg Airport.
"We want to congratulate the Resch&Frisch family on this great event for their employees and are delighted about our long-standing partnership at the airport," says Wolfgang Mittermayr, Head of Property & Real Estate Management at Salzburg Airport. The owners are inviting all employees in Austria to an anniversary celebration as a gesture of appreciation for the hard work and loyalty of the Resch&Frisch workforce, as announced by managing director and owner Georg Resch. “The 100th anniversary is a significant milestone in the history of our company. It is particularly important to us to share this moment with the people who have contributed so much to our success. Our employee celebration is an opportunity to express our gratitude and to look back together on the successful years as well as to look forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead,” said Georg Resch. The lavish celebration will also be accompanied by a few days of time off so that the festivities can be enjoyed to the fullest, which is why all branches will remain closed on Saturday and Sunday.
As a traditional family business, Resch&Frisch has grown from a one-man bakery in Wels to a company that is respected throughout Europe. For over a century, the company has combined tradition, craftsmanship, and innovation, always focusing on product quality and employee well-being. With 1,500 dedicated employees, Resch&Frisch works daily on the “art of baking of the future.”
