01 Has your luggage not arrived or is it damaged?
Then please go to the Lost and Found counter in the arrivals hall. Damage or loss must be reported immediately upon arrival. Later reports can only be accepted to a limited extent.

02 Lost something at the airport or on the plane to Salzburg?
Then please contact the information center in the departure hall. All found objects are collected here and kept for six weeks. At the end of these six weeks, the objects will be handed over to the lost property office of the City of Salzburg in Mirabell Palace.
