Flight Tracks
Time and again, interest groups have wanted to have actual flight tracks available on the Internet. This was prohibited for a long time due to data protection concerns.
Together with the Austrian Ministry of Transport, a flight tracking website was developed for the citizens of Salzburg in 2015.
This page allows you to review operations and noise at Salzburg Airport. Select a date and change the display based on operation type or altitude. You can also use filters to focus on certain types of flights, runway 15 or 33, departure or arrival, and aircraft category. Historical data is available for the prior 30 days.
