1. Apron Support (A/S) until 3500 kg MTOW

The following services are included:

  • Airside transportation for passengers and crew and, if applicable, luggage up to a maximum of four trips to or from the aircraft upon arrival or departure, as well as (if required) coordination activities (parking, hangar, refueling service, official entry/exit procedures).

2. General Aviation Handling (GAH) over 3500 kg MTOW

The package "General Aviation Handling" must be registered for aircraft over 3,500 kg MTOW. 

  • Airside transportation of passengers and crew to/from the aircraft upon arrival and/or departure
  • Airside baggage service (loading/unloading and transportation to/from the aircraft upon departure and/or arrival)
  • Take away 1 liter of coffee, tea (on request and subject to availability)
  • Crushed ice 2 kg (on request and subject to availability)
  • Copies (up to 20 pages)
  • Assistance and guidance through official clearance (passport and customs control)
  • Organization and coordination of waste disposal
  • Crew briefing and assistance with flight preparation (MET, NOTAMs, company flight plan, slot monitoring, PPR request, etc.)
  • Organization and coordination of all ground handling services such as water and toilet service, aircraft de-icing, cabin preheating units, ground power units (GPU), air starters (ASU), cabin cleaning, etc.
  • Contact with the local fuel supplier
  • Contacting the local catering supplier (for catering orders, dishwashing, disposal, etc.)
  • Hotel reservations for passengers and crew (customer credit card required)
  • Transport bookings for passengers and crew (taxi, limousine service, VIP vehicles, rental cars, helicopter, etc.) 
  • Organization of direct (=apron) pickup or transfer for passengers to/from the aircraft (subject to regulatory approval) 
  • Organization of additional security services, e.g., 24-hour aircraft surveillance 
  • Organization of additional VIP services, e.g., VIP lounge or similar 

Surcharge: For short-notice bookings less than 24 hours before the actual arrival or in case of no-show, a surcharge of 25% will be applied to the "General Aviation Handling" package.

Cancellation of a handling service:  
If a flight that has already been registered for handling is canceled less than 36 hours / 6 hours before the scheduled operation, this is considered a cancellation of the handling service, for which a cancellation fee of 50% / 100% of the respective charges is to be paid, provided services have already been rendered or costs have been incurred. All information can be found in the Schedule of Charges.
