Handling Request Form

In order to ensure smooth and satisfactory handling of your aircraft, we ask you to provide as much detailed information as possible. We thank you for using our General Aviation handling package and look forward to assisting you!

The services listed below are included in the General Aviation handling packages (prices see Annex II, 6.). The applicable flat fees are indivisible and must be paid in full even if only partial services are used. Additional services will be charged according to the individual service list (Annex II, 8.) or by agreement.

The purchase of the "General Aviation Handling" package must be registered for aircraft over 3,000 kg MTOW (until 31.12.2025) and over 3,500 kg MTOW (from 1.1.2026).

Surcharge (from 1.1.2026): The handling fee for general aviation flights applies to “General Aviation Handling” if registration occurs less than 24 hours before the actual arrival or if no registration is made.

Cancellation of a handling service:
If a flight that has already been registered for handling is canceled less than 36 hours / 6 hours before the planned operation, this is considered a cancellation of the handling service, for which a cancellation fee of 50% / 100% of the respective fees must be paid, provided that services have already been rendered or costs have been incurred.
