General Information about Late Night Check-In

Ticket and passport are required for the late night check-in! All passengers travelling have to present themselves personally.

AUSTRIAN / TYROLEAN & Lufthansa:

Late night-before check-in for scheduled and charter flights
07:30 pm to 09:00 pm (usually at desk 4)

except 24, 25 and 31 December and all Saturdays from December to March

SALZBURG AIRPORT SERVICES:

Late night-before check-in for all flights of the next day except for Ryanair, Germanwings or other Low Cost Carriers:

06:00 pm to 09:00 pm (usually at desk 5)

Important notice for airberlin & Niki passengers!
For all flights with airberlin group (Air Berlin and NIKI) there is a charge of € 5,- for the night before check-in. Free of charge are children under 12 years, business class passengers and holders of the topbonus gold/silver/service/counter card (plus one accompanying person).

General Information about late nicht check-in

Like during normal check-in all passengers travelling have to present themselves personally for security reasons e.g. passenger profiling.

Runway 16

In exceptional cases (e.g. infant sleeping at home) the pre-check-in can be arranged for all family luggage and all boarding passes printed with the boarding pass for the missing passenger to be picked up at check-in next morning until 45 minutes prior departure. No queuing required.

Having completed your Late-Night-Check-In you are kindly asked to remain in the terminal for another 15 minutes to allow your baggage to pass the multi-level baggage security check.

Overnight camping in the terminal building is not permitted due to safety reasons (insufficient lighting, locked emergency exits, no guard).
