This service is helpful for passengers returning to Salzburg only.
If your luggage is lost or damaged please go to the respective airline's Lost & Found counter in the arrivals hall. Damage or loss must be immediately reported.
Salzburg Airport W. A. Mozart is equipped with a modern first aid centre which according to the amount of traffic has a team of qualified first aid helpers on duty daily from 05:30 to 23:00.
There is a children's play corner on the first floor in the Self Service Restaurant "Panorama Market Place", another one in the transit hall of terminal 2.
Guided tours (in German only) for groups will be conducted after previous registration.
The visitors terrace at terminal 1 is open free of charge on a daily basis. There is a terrace cafe when the weather is good but it is closed in winter due to the danger of slipping on the ice.
