In pursuance of §§ 15 et seq. of the Zivilflugplatzbetriebsordnung (ZFBO) any user of the facilities and installations of the Airport shall be subject to the present Regulation as Part II of the Civil Aerodrome Conditions of Use.
The following provisions shall apply to all sections of the present regulation:
